The Velvety Corduroy Fabric - Dublin is a corduroy composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its printed design features circular and polka dot shapes in deep blue, cotton white, and angel blue. This design reflects a certain elegance thanks to its dark deep blue hue. Additionally, it combines very well with gray and beige tones for a more sober decoration, or red or green tones to stand out more in the decor.
The fabric is printed with the stamped design on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a double-sided printed fabric but printed on one side. This printing technique allows for greater precision in design details and greater durability of the print.
Regarding its characteristics, the fabric is soft to the touch and presents a very attractive visual sheen. It is ideal for decoration and upholstery on chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for making garments such as pants, overshirts, jackets, and accessories like bags and backpacks. Furthermore, it can also be used for outdoor decoration for cushions.
As for care, it is important to note that it should not be bleached and the maximum washing temperature should be 30ºC. Additionally, it should not be dry cleaned or tumble dried, but dry cleaning is allowed with the exception of trichloroethylene. For ironing, a cool temperature should be used.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for greater ink fixation on the fabric and, therefore, greater durability of the printed design.
