The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros, a translucent 100% polyester crepe with a weight of 82 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a French bistre brown, achieved with a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks with a CMYK of 38 45 65 33. This secondary color is characterized by being elegant, refined, and timeless, and pairs particularly well with neutral tones such as white, beige, or gray.
The fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, meaning the ink is absorbed directly into the surface of the base fabric without affecting its texture, softness, or grain. The fabric is perfect for creating delicate and feminine garments, such as dresses, skirts, or blouses, as well as for underwear or accessories like scarves.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, its delicate texture and soft feel stand out, giving it great delicacy and femininity. Furthermore, its transparency and translucency provide a light and fresh touch ideal for the summer season.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, its versatility for fashion and accessories is notable. It can be used for wedding dresses or elegant skirts for special occasions, but also for everyday blouses or shirts. In addition, its lightness and subtlety make it an ideal fabric for lingerie or fashion accessories such as scarves or shawls.
For the care of the fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and avoid bleaching and tumble drying. It allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and its ironing should be at a cool temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process that involves applying heat and pressure to solid ink to convert it into gas and fix it to the fabric surface. This printing method is ideal for synthetic fabrics such as polyester, as it allows for high definition of details and a wide variety of colors.
