The base fabric of Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros is a type of crepe, made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 82 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is a phlox purple tone, with a combination of 53% cyan and 80% magenta inks, resulting in a CMYK of 53 80 0 0. This color evokes creativity, inspiration, and sensitivity, and harmoniously combines with neutral tones such as gray or beige, as well as with intense and bright tones such as yellow or pink. The fabric is printed with this solid color on one side by digital textile printing.
The characteristics of the base fabric are its thin, soft, grainy, and translucent texture to the touch and sight. In addition to its GRS certification, which guarantees its recycled origin, it is sustainable and respectful of the environment. The most common applications or uses for this type of fabric are general fashion, accessories, dresses, skirts, blouses, shirts, lingerie, and scarves, as well as wedding and summer dresses. Due to its texture, it is ideal for garments made with volumes and drape, and in most cases, linings are required to cover the fabrics inherent transparency.
The care instructions for this fabric are no bleaching, maximum wash at 30ºC, dry cleaning allowed but no trichloroethylene can be used, cold ironing, and tumble drying is not allowed.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a digital printing process that uses special paper printed with sublimable dyes and an inkjet printer to transfer drawings or designs to fabrics through heat and pressure, without leaving marks or traces of the image. This process ensures optimal image quality and greater design fidelity, as well as high wash resistance and great durability.
