Crepe Chine - Recycled

The base fabric of this textile is Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros, a crepe made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 82 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a spinach green with a cyan ink mix of 70%, magenta ink of 42%, yellow ink of 100%, and black ink of 37%, resulting in a CMYK of 70 42 100 37.

This spinach green color has a symbolism associated with nature and health; it is a color of harmony and balance. Technically, it is a color found in the range of bright greens and has great versatility in terms of combinations with other colors, being frequently used with neutral colors such as white, beige, or black, and with other shades of green and blue.

It is important to note that although the base fabric is a solid color, it is digitally printed on one side, so its feel and texture are not altered at all.

Regarding the general characteristics, the fabrics texture is thin, soft, and granular to the touch, with a translucent visual appearance. Additionally, the fabric is sustainable, as it has GRS certification due to being made from recycled polyester.

Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those already mentioned, it is also used for making blazers, vests, pants, and trench coats. Its delicate texture makes it ideal for garments that require a higher level of detail, such as high-fashion shirts.

On the other hand, it is important to consider the care that must be applied to this type of fabric to maintain its good condition: it should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30 degrees, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, it should be ironed at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.

Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is digital sublimation, a printing process carried out on a transfer that adheres to the fabric due to high temperatures. This technique guarantees the quality and durability of the colors without affecting the fabrics texture.
