The base fabric, Recycled Crepe Chine - Eros, is a delicate, soft-touch, and translucent polyester fabric. Its solid printed color is Xenon Blue, which is composed of 100% cyan ink, followed by 84% magenta ink, 22% yellow ink, and 5% black ink, according to its CMYK. This secondary color symbolizes tranquility, calmness, and wisdom. It pairs well with colors like grey, pink, and white, which highlight its beauty and subtlety.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for greater precision and quality in printing details. This means that the fabric is not dyed, but rather has a layer of ink that adheres to its surface, providing greater resistance and durability.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its thin, soft-touch, and translucent texture, which gives it an elegant and sophisticated appearance. Additionally, its weight of 82 gr/m2 makes it a light and fresh fabric for use in the summer season. On the other hand, the printed color of the fabric shows great washfastness and resistance to sun exposure, thanks to its sublimation technology.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, womens and mens fashion stand out, being ideal for dresses, skirts, blouses, shirts, scarves, and bridal lingerie. Likewise, it is also used in accessories such as scarves, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to any outfit.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this type of fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C, dry clean except trichloroethylene, iron at low temperature, and do not tumble dry.
It should be noted that the printing technology used to manufacture this base fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring a specialized ink through heat and pressure, guaranteeing greater printing quality, resistance, and durability. This process allows for the creation of complex, detailed, and full-color designs, making it an innovative and sustainable alternative in textile manufacturing.
