The base fabric of this textile is Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga, with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, a weight of 180 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a Cinnamon Brown shade, composed of the following CMYK values: 22 44 81 11. Symbolically, this color conveys elegance, formality, and warmth, and technically, it stands out for its good saturation and contrast, making it especially suitable for apparel. It pairs well with neutral tones like white and gray, and also with earth tones such as dark brown and beige.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the print is applied directly to the surface of the base fabric. The printing is not a dyeing process; that is, the fabric is not immersed in dyes, but rather ink is applied directly to the fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, its elastic and grainy texture stands out, making it pleasant to the touch and comfortable to wear. As for its applications and uses, in addition to those already mentioned, this fabric is suitable for making garments such as jackets, blazers, and suits.
Concerning the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and to avoid ironing at high temperatures to prevent damage to the fabrics elasticity. Furthermore, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and to avoid dry cleaning with trichloroethylene.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves printing the desired image on special paper and transferring it to the fabric through the application of heat and pressure. This method allows for high precision and definition in printing complex and detailed designs on polyester fabric surfaces.
