The base fabric for this textile is Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga, a crepe fabric with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, weighing 180 gr/m2 and with a width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is a brown with blood-red tones, obtained by mixing Cyan 34, Magenta 100, Yellow 90, and Black 54 inks, with a CMYK value of 34 100 90 54. This secondary color has connotations of intensity, strength, and passion, making it an ideal color for creating designs with personality and character. It combines especially well with neutral or earthy tones, such as beige or dark brown.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means the color printed on the fabric is vibrant and sharp on only one side of the textile.
The general characteristics of the base fabric are its elastic and grainy texture, which gives it a very pleasant and comfortable look and feel. Furthermore, it can be used for a wide variety of applications and uses in fashion, for both women and men, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear, making it a versatile fabric adaptable to the latest fashion trends.
It is necessary to take into account the specific care instructions for this fabric, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, and ironing it at a cool temperature. Although it allows dry cleaning, it is recommended to avoid the use of trichloroethylene and to tumble dry at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a printing technique in which ink is applied to special paper and transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure, achieving high-quality and durable results, with an ideal finish for fashion.
