The base fabric is the Elastic Knit Crepe - Riga, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Deer Brown, with a CMYK of 21 38 62 9. This color represents elegance and sobriety, with a dark brown tone that conveys stability. It is ideal for application in clothing that reflects a sober and elegant personality. It complements well with beige and off-white tones, counteracting its warm hue.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing technology, which allows for exceptional definition and color fidelity. The fabric features elastic and granular characteristics, providing a soft and unique texture and feel. The combination of the fabrics composition and texture and the printed color allows for great versatility and possibility of applications in mens and womens fashion, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, knitwear, and more.
Care instructions for this fabric are: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, allow dry cleaning (except trichloroethylene), iron at a cool temperature, and tumble dry at a reduced temperature. These instructions ensure the long durability of the fabric and preserve the printed color.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation (polyester). In this process, pigment-based ink is used, which is printed and fixed to the fabric using heat and pressure. The arrangement of the pigments allows for a range of vibrant colors true to the desired shades. This process also enables rapid production of personalized garments and high quality in the definition of complex designs.
