The base fabric, Riga Stretch Knit Crepe, is a stretchy fabric with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a medium weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Lavender Purple, with CMYK values of 11 9 0 0. Lavender is a pale, fresh, and soft shade that evokes tenderness and femininity. It pairs very well with other pastel colors, such as light pink, soft blue, and pale yellow. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only, using digital textile printing.
The base fabric has an elastic and grainy texture that provides a soft and comfortable feel. The solid color, for its part, has good color saturation and a matte finish. The fabric is suitable for making fashion garments for both women and men, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear. In addition, it is a timeless fabric that adapts to any season.
Regarding care, the fabric should be washed in warm water with a maximum temperature of 40°C and should not be bleached. It is recommended to iron the fabric at a cool temperature and tumble dry at a reduced temperature. The fabric can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. In this process, the ink turns into vapor and penetrates the fibers of the fabric, creating a soft and durable finish.
