The base fabric of this textile is Stretch Knit Crepe - Riga, composed of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, weighing 180 gr/m2 and with a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Alloy Orange, whose attributes are reflected in a CMYK content of 18 55 98 7. This secondary color is a modern blend of orange and gray, associated with innovation, creativity, and sophistication. It pairs well with colors such as white, black, and bright red. It is important to note that the fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side only, meaning the color is only applied to one surface and does not soak into the fabric.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it is elastic and textured to the touch, making it perfect for form-fitting and textured garments. Additionally, it is wear-resistant and comfortable to wear. As for the printed color, it is characterized by being vibrant and having a satin finish.
The applications and uses of the fabric are very broad, from womens and mens fashion to knitwear such as sweaters or cardigans. It is also ideal for making dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, and trousers. Everything depends on the designers creativity and skill.
As for the care instructions for the fabric, it is important to follow the manufacturers recommendations. In this case, it is recommended to avoid bleaching, wash at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees, do not use trichloroethylene for dry cleaning, iron at a cool temperature, and avoid high temperatures in the dryer.
Finally, the fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology, where the design is digitally printed on transfer paper and then heat-transferred to the fabric. This provides a high-quality finish and great precision in the reproduction of the printed design.
