The base fabric of this textile is Elastic Ribbed Crepe Knit, with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, with a weight of 180 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed color is eucalyptus green, with a cyan ink content of 63, magenta ink of 0, yellow ink of 48, and black ink of 0, which translates to a CMYK of 63 0 48 0. This secondary color is characterized by its freshness and serenity, ideal for light spring and summer garments. It combines perfectly with neutral tones such as white and gray, and with other lighter greens and yellows.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing and is not a dyed fabric, meaning that the ink impregnates the polyester fiber and does not create a superficial layer.
The general characteristics of the fabric include a granulated texture and an elastic feel, which makes it very adaptable to the body and comfortable to wear. In addition, the fabric is resistant to wear and tear, making it suitable for clothing that has to withstand constant use. As for the printed color, its durability is excellent thanks to sublimation technology, which ensures that it maintains its color even after several washes.
Regarding applications and uses, this fabric is ideal for making fashion garments for both women and men, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, or knitwear. Its texture and feel make it perfect for garments that require movement and comfort, such as dresses and jumpsuits.
As for care, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC without using bleach or chlorine, as well as ironing at a low temperature and avoiding the dryer or using it at a reduced temperature. As for dry cleaning, it can be done without problems except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process that uses liquid ink that turns into vapor when subjected to high temperatures and pressure, penetrating the polyester fiber and creating a sharp, high-quality image on the fabric. This process allows for greater definition and detail of designs as well as greater durability.
