The base fabric of this textile is Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga, with a composition of 94% polyester and 6% elastane, a weight of 180 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The secondary color, Lufthansa Blue, printed with CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) inks at 80, 61, 0, and 0 respectively, is described as an intense and vibrant blue tone that symbolizes trust and efficiency. It pairs well with other colors like white and black, which can serve as a base for a color palette or to stand out in a monochromatic scheme. Its important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing.
The fabric has elastic and granulated characteristics, giving it a textured feel. The color is resistant to wear and washing, ensuring superior durability. The fabric is very versatile and suitable for a wide variety of applications, such as dresses, jumpsuits, t-shirts, tops, skirts, pants, cardigans, and knitwear. The fabrics season is timeless, so it can be used at any time of the year.
Regarding fabric care, it is recommended not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. It can be ironed at a cool temperature, and dry cleaning is recommended except for trichloroethylene. It is also possible to tumble dry the fabric at a reduced temperature to avoid excessive heat that could damage the fabrics elasticity.
The printing technology used is sublimation, which is based on a thermal transfer process where the inks transform into vapor and penetrate the fabric fibers to create a high-quality, high-resolution image. This allows the colors to be vibrant and to last over time without fading or losing print quality. In summary, the Crepe de Punto Elástico - Riga fabric printed with Lufthansa Blue is a versatile and durable option with a vibrant blue tone, ideal for a wide variety of garments and creative projects.
