Crepe Pleated Gauze - Bangkok

The base fabric is Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, made of 100% polyester with a weight of 90 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is an Old Leather Brown, reproduced with a CMYK ink combination of 29, 60, 61, and 25. This color is characterized by its warm earthy tone that evokes feelings of rusticity and elegance. It pairs perfectly with shades of beige, earth tones, olive green, and some shades of gray.

It is important to note that the base fabric is single-sided digital textile printed, meaning it is a fabric with a design printed on one side only. This feature gives it great versatility when making garments, as you can play with different textures and prints to create contrasts and unique designs.

In terms of general characteristics, the fabric is distinguished by its pleated finish and translucent texture, which gives it a romantic and delicate feel. Furthermore, this fabric is very versatile in its applications and uses, as it can be used to make garments such as lingerie, bridal wear, dresses, skirts, blouses, and also for accessories like scarves and handkerchiefs.

As it is a delicate fabric, some specific care instructions must be considered, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not tumble drying, ironing at a low temperature, and, if necessary, it can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene.

Finally, it should be noted that the base fabric has been printed using sublimation technology on polyester. In this process, special inks are used that turn into gas when heated. This gas is infused into the fabric and forms a permanent layer, resulting in high image quality, durability, and wash resistance.
