Description

The base fabric is Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 90 gr/m2, a width of 150 cm, and a pleated finish that gives it a translucent visual texture while providing a voluminous and soft effect. It is printed with a ruddy color, which contains a high percentage of magenta and yellow inks, giving the color a warm and bright appearance. The ruddy color is ideal for combining with green and blue tones, providing a balanced and sophisticated contrast. The fabric is digitally printed with a solid color on one side, which allows the fabric to maintain its original characteristics on the unprinted side.

Among the general characteristics that stand out for the base fabric are its lightness, delicacy, and transparency, making it ideal for lingerie, dresses, and blouses. Additionally, it is used in accessories such as scarves and handkerchiefs, due to its softness and fluidity in drape. It is a summer seasonal fabric, as its composition allows for good breathability and comfort in warm climates. Moreover, thanks to its sublimation printing technology, the fabric maintains its flexibility, softness, and shine without losing richness or color quality.

Regarding the care instructions for this type of fabric, it is important not to bleach the garment and not to exceed a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is permitted, except for trichloroethylene, and ironing at a cool temperature. It should not be tumble dried to avoid deformation.

Finally, sublimation printing technology allows for high image quality and definition when printed on specific polyester fabrics. The ink is transferred through a process of pressure and heat from a digital printer to a transfer paper placed on the fabric. Under pressure and heat, the ink turns into gas and penetrates the polyester fiber, resulting in a permanent and waste-free print. This process allows for printing complex designs and a wide variety of colors with superior quality.
