The base fabric is Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok made of 100% POLYESTER in a solid dollar green color, with a CMYK of 70 25 59 7. This color is associated with nature, freshness, and tranquility. Combined with earthy and beige tones, it conveys a sense of harmony. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, ensuring high-quality color reproduction with great definition.
The general characteristics of this base fabric include a weight of 90 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its pleated finish gives it an elegant and sophisticated look, while its visual and translucent texture allows playing with light and transparency in garments and accessories. The printed solid color is resistant to wear and washing, ensuring high durability.
Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok is a versatile fabric used in multiple applications, such as lingerie, wedding and party dresses, skirts, blouses, and accessories. Its use in sportswear, such as swimsuits and sarongs, is also common due to its quick-drying capacity and lightness. Additionally, the fabric is ideal for making scarves and handkerchiefs, thanks to its light and soft texture.
To maintain the fabric in perfect condition, the following care instructions should be followed: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allow dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, iron at low temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this base fabric is polyester sublimation, which allows colors to be fixed to the fabric fibers using heat and pressure. This printing method provides high definition and precision in design reproduction, allowing for the creation of unique and exclusive designs. Furthermore, sublimation is more environmentally friendly than other printing techniques, as it does not use aggressive chemicals.
