The base fabric is Pleated Crepe Georgette - Bangkok, with a composition of 100% polyester, a weight of 90 gr/m2, and a fabric width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is Ocular Blue, with a CMYK ink combination of 46 9 11 0. This secondary color is characterized by being intense and vibrant, with a deep and brilliant bluish hue, reminiscent of the iris of an eye. It combines perfectly with green, yellow, and orange tones, which contrast and enhance its luminosity.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, a technique that offers high definition of details and a wide range of colors and designs. The fabric is characterized by its pleated finish and its translucent visual texture, which give it an airy and light appearance.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, bridal lingerie, dresses, skirts, blouses, scarves, and sarongs for the beach or pool stand out. Additionally, its use is also suitable for the creation of fashion accessories. Thanks to its texture and finish, the fabric is ideal for creating fluid and elegant seasonal garments, especially for summer.
It is important to consider the necessary care to maintain the properties and quality of the fabric: do not bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allow dry cleaning (except for trichloroethylene), iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of applying ink to transfer paper and transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process allows for high color fidelity and greater durability of the printed image compared to other techniques.
