The base fabric is Transparent Organza - Salamanca, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 28 gr/m2. The solid color printed on the fabric is Orange-Apricot, achieved by using cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks with a proportion of 20, 65, 100, and 9, respectively.
The secondary color of this fabric is an interesting blend of orange and apricot, making it a warm and attractive color. This color pairs well with other warm tones like yellow and red, as well as more neutral tones like white, beige, and light gray.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to note that this printing process does not dye the fabric but prints it on one side, ensuring greater precision in details and a high-quality finish.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include a visually transparent texture and a thin tactile texture. This makes it a light and soft-to-the-touch fabric, ideal for fresh and comfortable clothing.
The application of the fabric is very broad, ranging from lingerie and dresses to sportswear and accessories like scarves. Thanks to its transparency and delicacy, it is also a popular choice for making bridal gowns and childrens clothing.
It is important to consider the fabric care instructions, which should not include bleaching and a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC. Additionally, dry cleaning is allowed except with trichloroethylene, it is recommended to iron at a cool temperature, and tumble drying should not be used.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which uses a special printer and inks that are heated to transfer the image from paper to fabric. This allows for high image quality and a wide range of colors, making this printing process very popular in the textile industry.
