The base fabric is Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, 100% polyester, with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm in a soft dark sienna brown tone. The CMYK of the solid printed color is 48 88 69 77. The dark sienna color is associated with elegance and sobriety in clothing, which perfectly combines with other dark shades such as black, grey, and blue. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing.
The base fabric is transparent to the touch and visually, resulting in a soft and delicate texture. As it is a thin fabric, it is appropriate for the characteristics and applications that describe it, such as lingerie, wedding dresses, skirts, sarongs, fashion accessories, among others. Furthermore, this fabric is ideal for the summer season due to its lightness and freshness.
It is necessary to consider the care instructions for the base fabric, which include not bleaching it, washing it at no more than 30°C, not tumble drying, and ironing it at a cool temperature. The fabric allows dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, a process in which the color is printed by vaporizing sublimation inks onto the fabric, producing a more durable and wash-resistant layer than conventional printing. It also provides high image quality with vibrant and defined colors on the printed surface.
