The base fabric is a transparent Salamanca gauze, made of 100% polyester and with a weight of 28 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it is suitable for use in lingerie, bridal wear, dresses, skirts, swimwear, scarves, among others, especially in the summer season. The solid printed color is a vibrant amaranth purple, achieved with a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks, for a total of 23 94 47 16 in CMYK. This color is characterized by being intense and elegant, and it combines very well with warm tones such as gold and brown.
It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, resulting in a uniform and vibrant finish on the fabric surface. The characteristics of the base fabric are its visual transparency and its delicate and soft feel, which makes it ideal for light and feminine garments. Likewise, the printed color is characterized by being resistant to fading and abrasion, maintaining its intensity and shine with use and washing.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric are the making of wedding and party dresses, light skirts and blouses, as well as swimwear and accessories such as scarves and bandanas. The delicacy and transparency of the fabric make it perfect for summer garments, allowing its beauty and elegance to shine through.
Regarding care, the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and the use of bleaches should be avoided. It can be dry cleaned except with trichloroethylene and ironed at a low temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which is based on the vaporization of the solid dye, which is then fixed on the fabric surface through a sublimation process. This results in a high-quality and durable print that resists washing and long-term use.
