The base fabric, Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, is a type of gauze with a composition of 100% polyester, with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm. The plain printed color is a beautiful purple/violet generated by a CMYK combination of 80 80 0 0. The secondary color of this beautiful purple is dark blue, and the combined color achieved by their mix is lilac. The fabric is printed with a plain color on one side by digital textile printing and is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric and the plain color, this fabric has a transparent visual and texture, while its tactile texture is delicate. Among the attributes of the base fabric, the most common applications are lingerie, both for brides and dresses, as well as its use for womens and mens skirts, swimwear or pareos, accessories such as scarves, and childrens dresses. As for the printed color, its purple/violet tone is ideal for clothing, especially for evening events such as weddings, elegant social events, among others.
It is important to consider some specific care instructions for the Transparent Gauze - Salamanca fabric, such as not bleaching it, washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, allowing dry cleaning except for trichloroethylene, ironing it at a cool temperature, and avoiding the use of a tumble dryer for drying.
The printing technology used for Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is sublimation (polyester), which is a process in which printing is done on sublimation paper with water-based inks and transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. Sublimation is a widely used technique in fabric printing to obtain a high-quality and durable result.
