The base fabric, Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, is a gauze type with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 28 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it is designed to be used in lingerie, dresses, skirts, sarongs, scarves and girl/boy dresses. It is a summer fabric with a thin visual texture and feel that meets high quality standards. The printed solid color, Armored Gray, is a tone consistent with the neutrality sought in a wide variety of garments, its main ink tones are Cyan 48, Magenta 37, Yellow 39, and Black 19 with a CMYK of 48 37 39 19. This color perfectly complements neutral tones such as black or white, as well as more vivid tones such as pink and light blue.
It should be noted that this fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing. On the other hand, the characteristics of the base fabric include a visually appealing and soft-to-the-touch texture, as well as a subtle transparency that gives an elegant and seductive touch to the garments in which it is used. Its light weight makes it perfect for summer garments and lingerie.
The applications and uses of this fabric combine the softness of the garments with its delicacy, making it a popular choice for high-quality lingerie and bedding, as well as for elegant dresses and skirts. It is important to take into account the special care this fabric requires. It should not be bleached and its washing temperature should be below 30ºC. Dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a cold temperature. It is also not recommended to use a dryer with this fabric.
Finally, this fabric is manufactured using polyester sublimation printing technology. This method uses heat and pressure to permanently transfer designs onto the fabric, ensuring that colors are vibrant and long-lasting.
