The base fabric is Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, a 28 gr/m2 polyester gauze with a width of 150 cm and a composition of 100% polyester. The plain printed color is Spanish Gray with a CMYK of 41 32 33 11. It is a color that evokes stability, elegance, and seriousness. It combines very well with pastel colors such as pink or light blue, blacks, and dark greens. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing.
The base fabric has a transparent visual texture and a thin feel. It is ideal for lingerie, wedding and womens dresses, skirts, scarves, and childrens dresses in the summer season. In addition, its delicacy makes it a suitable option for swimwear such as sarongs.
This fabric requires specific care to maintain its quality. It should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC, dry cleaning is allowed except for trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this type of fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing the image on sublimation paper and then transferring it through heat to the polyester fabric. This allows for high-quality and long-lasting printing on the garment.
