The base fabric is Transparente Gasa - Salamanca, a 28 gr/m2 100% polyester gauze with a width of 150cm. The plain printed color is Halloween Orange, which according to CMYK is a combination of 16% cyan, 66% magenta, 89% yellow, and 5% black. This color is emblematic of the Halloween season, and its color combination makes it a vibrant and attractive shade for fashion textiles and decoration. Orange combines well with tones such as olive green, gray, and brown to create an autumnal palette.
The base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by Digital Textile Printing, which means that the image is printed directly onto the fabric surface, offering sharp and vibrant print quality. It should not be bleached or tumble dried, nor should the washing temperature exceed 30ºC, and dry cleaning is accepted as long as trichloroethylene is not used. Ironing should be done at a low temperature to avoid damaging the fabric.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation, which consists of applying a special ink to a transfer paper, which is then placed on the fabric surface and heat is applied so that the ink adheres to the fabric.
