The base fabric for this description is Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, with a composition of 100% POLYESTER and a weight of 28 gr/m2. The plain printed color is Dark Khaki Green, represented by a CMYK of 55 33 58 17. This color has a dark green hue with brown undertones that make it elegant and sophisticated. It combines perfectly with off-white, beige, and gold colors, creating interesting interactions in fashion. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only using digital textile printing, meaning only one side of the fabric has been treated with the print.
Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is a transparent and delicate-to-the-touch fabric, yet resistant and durable in use. The plain printed color maintains the visual and tactile texture of the fabric, giving it a natural and soft appearance. It is ideal for use in lingerie, dresses, and skirts, both in womens and mens fashion, but also for accessories like scarves. Furthermore, it is suitable for childrens fashion due to its softness and breathability.
The fabric should not be bleached, and a maximum wash temperature of 30ºC is recommended. Dry cleaning is allowed, except with trichloroethylene, and it can be ironed at a low temperature. It should not be tumble dried, as this can deform or damage the fabric. It is important to follow these care instructions to ensure a long lifespan and consistent appearance.
The printing technology used for this type of fabric is sublimation, which is a thermal transfer process of ink from paper to fabric. The image is printed on a transfer sheet and placed on the fabric. Then, through heat and pressure, the ink is transferred to the fabric, penetrating the surface and becoming permanently embedded in the fabrics fiber. This printing technique allows for the creation of precise and detailed designs with high resolution and a durable result. Digital textile printing is a cutting-edge technology in the textile industry, enabling fast and customized production of fabrics with high quality and color fidelity.
