Se trata de un tejido con relieve y al ser impreso presenta fuerza de color en las fibras más externas quedando en su color natural las fibras internas. Puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. |
The Tweed - Chanel fabric is a stiff-textured fabric with a single-sided digital textile print. The printed design reflects the maritime nature with undulating shapes and touches of water in the main colors of night black, steel blue, and blood brown. Additionally, it can be combined with other solid colors such as white, light gray, or light brown to contrast and highlight the design elements.
The Tweed - Chanel fabric has a weight of 420 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, making it a perfect fabric for making fashion garments such as jackets, blazers, coats, skirts, dresses, bomber jackets or vests, shorts, bow ties, or caps. It can also be used for making cushions, whether for the living room, bedroom, or kitchen, and as outdoor decoration.
It is important to note that this fabric must be cared for with caution, so it is recommended not to bleach, tumble dry, iron at low temperature, and wash at max. 30ºC. However, dry cleaning can be performed, except for the use of trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a technique by which ink is directly transferred to the fabric using steam and heat to provide a crisp and durable image.
