The base fabric is Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 28 gr/m2. The plain color printed is an intense Denim Blue, reflecting a CMYK of 100 88 30 15. This color conveys sensations of depth and seriousness, evoking the sea and the sky. Its close shades are grays and dark blues. In combination with other colors, it looks great with yellow and orange tones, providing an interesting contrast. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that the color is applied in a single direction and is not a dye of the fabric.
The texture of the base fabric is transparent and its touch is delicate, being recommended for lingerie, dresses, skirts, and scarves. Transparent Gauze - Salamanca is ideal for the summer season due to its freshness and lightness, while the Denim Blue color is perfect for combining in fashion garments for both men and women. In addition, it adapts very well to wedding and childrens dresses, as well as in sportswear such as swimsuits and sarongs.
It is important to consider the care instructions for this type of fabric. It should not be bleached, it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30º C, and it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology for this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring the design printed on paper through a thermal press. The printed paper is placed in contact with the fabric and subjected to high temperatures and pressures, which allows the sublimable ink to turn into gas and penetrate the fibers of the fabric. In this way, high color durability and great printing quality are achieved.
