The base fabric Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, composed of 100% polyester and a weight of 28 gr/m2, has a width of 150 cm. The plain printed color of this fabric is Xenon Blue, with a CMYK of 100 84 22 5. This color is primarily composed of a mix of cyan and magenta, with a touch of yellow and black to make it more intense and profound. Xenon Blue conveys a sense of freshness and modernity, and it pairs particularly well with neutral colors like white or grey, as well as light tones like pink or mint green.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the image is transferred to the fabric using a digital printing technique, without affecting the quality or softness of the fabric. The base fabric has a transparent visual texture and a very delicate feel, making it an ideal choice for lingerie, bridal wear, dresses, scarves, and other fashion accessories. It is perfect for use in the summer season.
Among the attributes of the base fabric, its applications and uses are wide-ranging. In addition to those mentioned above, this fabric is also suitable for womens or mens fashion skirts, beach sarongs, or swimwear. The Transparent Gauze - Salamanca has a delicate and very lightweight texture, making it ideal for loose and fluid garments.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and not to use a temperature above 30ºC when washing it. Dry cleaning is permitted, with the exception of trichloroethylene. It is important to note that this fabric cannot be tumble-dried and should be ironed at a cool temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves applying heat and pressure to a transfer paper print so that the ink pigments impregnated in the paper are transferred to the fabric surface. This printing technique is ideal for saturating colors on synthetic fibers like the polyester of the base fabric.
