Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a canvas-type fabric made of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2, has a width of 160 cm, and is certified as sustainable by the GRS organization. Its plain color, Crayola Red, has a cyan ink of 4%, magenta of 94%, yellow of 55%, and a black ink of 0%, resulting in a CMYK of 4 94 55 0. This intense color, with an orange touch, is capable of attracting all eyes.
The Crayola Red color symbolizes life, passion, and energy, in addition to evoking nature in its most fiery facet, fire. This color, being highly chromatic, combines perfectly with green tones, as they are opposite in the color wheel. Likewise, it can pair well with more daring editions of burgundy or bordeaux shades.
It should be noted that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which provides high image quality and definition.
Among its general characteristics, the fabric has a rough and rigid texture, as well as an opaque visual. Regarding the treatment that can be given to this fabric, numerous applications can be found that make it a versatile item. From decoration to fashion, such as trousers or accessories, to toiletry bags or placemats.
Regarding its maintenance, it is recommended to wash by hand or in a washing machine at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Do not bleach, ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and dry cleaning with solvents is allowed. Also, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to produce the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is sublimation, which consists of passing the ink to gas so that it penetrates the fabric and then solidifies it on the surface. This ensures that the printed image has a longer duration.
