Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a robust and resistant fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is Kobi Pink, which has a concentration of 7 cyan, 48 magenta, 2 yellow, and an intensity of 0 black in CMYK. It is a soft yet vibrant shade that combines very well with dark tones such as navy blue or black, as well as with lighter tones such as white or beige.
It should be noted that the printing of this solid color is done on one side only and through digital textile printing technology.
Regarding general characteristics, this fabric has a rough and rigid texture, which can provide a unique sensation in the making of garments and accessories. In addition, it is visually opaque, making it ideal for upholstery and general decoration.
As for the applications and uses that can be given to this fabric, we find a wide variety in different fields such as fashion, home, and decoration. Among them, we can highlight the making of trousers, accessories such as wallets, backpacks, and hats, interior decoration with pictures, cushions, frames, and baskets, as well as textile elements for the dining room such as table runners and placemats, and aprons.
Regarding the care of this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, as well as to dry clean with solvents if necessary. Likewise, it can be ironed at low temperature and can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used for the elaboration of this fabric is sublimation, which allows for high precision in the reproduction of designs and colors on it. This process involves the application of heat and pressure to the colors of the designs so that they adhere permanently to the fibers of the fabric.
