Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a fabric composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its solid printed color is in shades of Rose and Deep Mauve with a CMYK of 31 62 0 0. This secondary tone symbolizes sweetness and the expression of creativity, representing romance and joy. It combines very well with neutral tones such as gray and beige, as well as with other pastel tones such as aqua green and pale yellow. The fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side.
Regarding its general characteristics, the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas has a rough and rigid texture, as well as an opaque visual finish. Its weight and resistance make it ideal for home decor and fashion applications, such as upholstery for sofas and chairs, cushions, curtains, pants, and accessories such as wallets and backpacks.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, its use in decoration for stretcher frames, paintings, baskets, placemats, and table runners stands out. In fashion, it is ideal for pants, hats, and tote bags. This fabric is also perfect for making toiletry bags and coin purses.
It is important to note that the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas requires special care. It is not recommended to bleach it and it should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It can be dry cleaned with solvents and ironed at a cool temperature. It can also be tumble dried, but at a reduced temperature.
Finally, it is important to highlight that this fabric is manufactured using sublimation technology (polyester). This technique allows direct printing on the fabric by transferring the design from special paper using heat and pressure. In this way, a print with bright and high-quality colors is obtained, without the ink peeling off with use or fading over time.
