Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric is Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The plain printed color is purple with a purple color dynamism, with a Cyan ink combination of 24 and Magenta of 72, with no yellow or black in its composition.
This secondary purple color with dynamism brings a connotation of creativity, originality, and imagination. Its tonality can be mixed with grays or beige to create soft contrasts, or also combined with yellows, oranges, or browns to create bolder contrasts. The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which provides high quality and durability in its finish.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, it has a rough and rigid texture to the touch, with an opaque appearance. The fabric is GRS certified, which makes it sustainable and recycled. In addition, its season is timeless and its applications are varied: decoration, fashion, or textile/home, among others.
Among the most outstanding applications or uses are the decoration of frames or paintings, cushions, and fashion accessories such as wallets, backpacks, or hats. It is also a suitable fabric for upholstering sofas, chairs, and armchairs, baskets, placemats, aprons, or table runners.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach and wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It allows dry cleaning with solvents, ironing at a cool temperature, and can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows the ink to be fixed on the fabric by high temperature and pressure, which provides a crisp and high-quality finish.
