Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a canvas-type fabric, composed entirely of polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its plain printed color is presented in a combination of orange and light khaki, with a CMYK of 5 7 44 0.
This secondary color stands out for its cheerful and warm tone, making it ideal for decorating outdoor spaces. It combines perfectly with white, beige, and brown colors, generating a feeling of harmony and balance.
It is important to mention that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it a clean and uniform finish.
The characteristics of the base fabric are its rough, rigid, and opaque texture, which makes it resistant and durable. On the other hand, the printed color stands out for its high resistance to washing and sun exposure.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, we find the decoration of frames, paintings, outdoor cushions, toiletry bags, coin purses, or table placemats, among others. It can also be used in the making of fashion accessories such as wallets, backpacks, hats, and tote bags.
It is important to take into account the specific care of this fabric, which includes not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry cleaning with solvents, ironing at a cool temperature, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature.
For its manufacture, sublimation printing technology is used, which consists of transferring the ink from the transfer paper to the fabric by means of heat and pressure, which guarantees high print quality and durability.
