Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a durable fabric weighing 260 gr/m2, with a width of 160 cm, composed of 100% polyester. Its Spanish orange color, printed on one side using SUBLIMATION (POLYESTER), has a CMYK of 8 60 100 1. This color is characterized by being vivid and energetic, evoking emotions of enthusiasm and joy in the viewer. Spanish orange pairs perfectly with more neutral tones such as white, gray, and beige, as well as with stronger tones like red and yellow, or darker tones like brown.
We must not forget to mention that the base fabric is printed with a single plain color using digital textile printing and not through dyeing. The printing technique used guarantees high print quality, with sharp details and excellent edge definition.
The characteristics of the base fabric and the plain color are very varied. The texture is rough and stiff to the touch, which gives it a solid and resistant feel. The visual opacity is high, as the Spanish orange color is bright and strong. The base fabric is ideal for making decorative objects such as cushions, baskets, frames, and purses, as well as for clothing items like trousers, accessories, hats, and backpacks.
The care instructions for this fabric are very simple. It should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and bleaching is not recommended. Additionally, dry cleaning with solvents is permissible, ironing at a cool temperature, and tumble drying at a reduced temperature.
Regarding printing technology, the fabric is printed using the sublimation technique, which consists of converting printed ink into vapor and fixing it directly onto the polyester fiber. This technique is the most suitable for synthetic fiber fabrics like recycled PET canvas, as it allows for durable color fixation and high-quality printing.
