Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a 260 gr/m2 and 100% polyester canvas fabric, with a width of 160 cm and printed in an engineering orange color, with a CMYK of 20 91 100 11. This color is a deep and warm shade that conveys vitality and energy, with a great capacity to attract attention. It combines perfectly with neutral tones, such as gray or beige, and natural tones such as brown or green.
It should be noted that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, obtaining an exceptional definition and image quality in the final finish.
Regarding the characteristics of the base fabric, its roughness and rigidity to the touch stand out, being visually opaque. In addition, it has GRS certification and is sustainable, as it is recycled.
Regarding applications and uses, it is a very versatile fabric that can be used in both decoration and fashion and accessories. It is ideal for creating cushions, baskets, frames, wallets, toiletry bags, aprons, pants, upholstery on sofas, chairs, armchairs and many other garments.
Regarding the care that must be taken for this fabric, it is important not to bleach and keep temperatures not exceeding 30 degrees. However, it admits dry cleaning with solvents, ironing at cold temperature and can be tumble dried at reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of printing the image on transfer paper and then transferring the ink to the fabric using heat and pressure. It is a very precise and high-quality technique that allows the printing of sharp and detailed images on synthetic textiles such as this one.
