Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas features an attractive sand yellow color, resulting from the combination of 24% Cyan ink, 10% Magenta ink, and 68% Yellow ink in the sublimation printing process on its recycled polyester fabric. This warm-toned color is perfect for combining with neutral and earthy tones, as well as for use in environments where warmth is sought. The base fabric is 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m², with a rough and rigid texture, which provides resistance to the fabric and ensures its durability.
This fabric is printed with a solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which allows for high definition and homogeneous tones in the print. In addition, it allows for great design versatility as there are no limitations in the creation of the pattern.
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas has a series of general characteristics, such as its high resistance and durability, with an opaque visual texture that makes it an ideal option for interior and exterior decoration projects, as well as for use in fashion and accessories.
Among the indicated applications or uses for the base fabric, we can highlight its use in making baskets, cushions, placemats, table runners, aprons, pants, fashion accessories, such as wallets, backpacks, and hats, as well as in upholstery for sofas, chairs, and armchairs.
To keep the fabric in optimal condition, it is important to follow the care recommendations, which include not bleaching, washing at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, allowing dry cleaning with solvents, ironing at a low temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process by which ink pigments are transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure, so that the pattern is printed on one side of the fabric without affecting its feel or softness, making it a widely used technique in the manufacture of high-quality textiles.
