También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a canvas-type fabric composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color is a banana yellow with a cyan ink of 2, a magenta ink of 6, a yellow ink of 64, and a black ink of 0, resulting in a CMYK of 2 6 64 0. This color transmits energy and vitality, and combines well with neutral tones such as gray or beige.
The fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The base fabric has three main characteristics: roughness, stiffness, and opacity. These characteristics result in a resistant and durable texture, suitable for applications in both fashion and decoration. The solid color printed on the fabric is bright and adheres perfectly to the fabric surface.
The applications and uses of the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas are very wide. In addition to those already mentioned in the fabric description, it is also used in the manufacture of wallets, travel bags, mobile phone cases, school backpacks, etc. This is due to the resistance and durability of the base fabric, which makes it perfect for use in products that will be used frequently.
Regarding care, the base fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and should not be bleached. In addition, it can be dry cleaned with solvents and can be ironed at a cold temperature. Finally, it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is manufactured with sublimation technology. This process is carried out by applying heat and pressure to the fabric and dyes. The dyes transform into gas and penetrate the fabric fibers, thus creating a permanent and high-quality image. This printing method is suitable for synthetic fabrics such as polyester, as it is carried out at a high temperature that can melt other types of fabrics.
