También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a polyester fabric with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm, plain color printed in white and OldLace with a CMYK of 1 4 12 0. The secondary color OldLace is described as a creamy tone with a grayish touch, similar to the color of old plaster. It combines well with warm and earthy tones, as well as pastel tones.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by means of digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side.
The general characteristics of the base fabric include a rough and rigid texture, and an opaque appearance. The plain printed color has a soft texture and a matte appearance. The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is sustainable, GRS certified and can be used for a wide variety of applications, such as decoration, fashion and home textiles.
Regarding the applications and uses of the fabric, in addition to those mentioned above, the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is ideal for upholstering sofas, chairs and armchairs, and can also be used to make wallets, backpacks and hats. Its resistant texture and its ability to withstand wear also make it suitable for aprons and table runners.
To care for the fabric, it is suggested not to bleach, use water at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, dry clean with solvents, iron at low temperature and use a tumble dryer at low temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves transferring the printed dye to the fabric through a heat process. This allows for high-quality and durable reproduction of the printed design on the base fabric.
