Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a resistant fabric made of 100% polyester, with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid printed color, called "Rojo Deseo" (Desire Red), is created using 87% Magenta ink and 56% Yellow ink. Its CMYK formula is 0 87 56 0. This shade of red symbolizes intense passion and is related to strong emotions, love, and burning desire. This hue also combines perfectly with neutral colors such as black, gray, and white, as well as with additional shades of strong Yellow, Violets, Oranges, and Pinks. It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only, using digital textile printing technique.
The general characteristics of Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas are its rough, rigid, and visually opaque texture. This fabric is suitable for various applications such as decoration, fashion, home textiles, and other creative uses, due to its resistance and durability. Among the indicated applications and uses of the base fabric, interior decoration with frames, paintings, cushions, and baskets stands out. It can also be used for making other creative accessories such as toiletry bags, coin purses, wallets, backpacks, hats, and Tote Bags. Likewise, it is recommended for making home textiles such as table runners, placemats, aprons, and upholstery for sofas, chairs, and armchairs.
Among the care instructions for this fabric to maintain its quality, it should be noted not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, it allows dry cleaning with solvents, iron the fabric at a cool temperature, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. Sublimation is a digital textile printing process directly onto the fabric. The sublimation process generates vapor that penetrates the polyester fibers of the base fabric, providing a resistant and durable print on the fabric.
