Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a 100% polyester canvas fabric with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. The solid color printed on the fabric is a dark raspberry red, composed of Cyan 40, Magenta 93, Yellow 30, and Black 26 inks. This color conveys a sense of depth and elegance, perfect for decoration and fashion accessories. It combines perfectly with other reddish, coral, and burgundy tones.
The fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side, which produces high image quality and great resistance to washing and color stability. The general characteristics of the base fabric are a rough and rigid texture, and an opaque appearance that gives it great versatility for fashion and decoration.
Among the applications and uses of this fabric, highlights include decorating frames, pictures, cushions, and living room baskets. It can also be used in the making of pants, fashion accessories, toiletry bags, and wallets, as well as in home textiles such as placemats, table runners, and aprons. For the care of the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, machine washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and cold ironing are recommended. Dry cleaning with solvents and tumble drying at reduced temperature are also permitted.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, a process that allows printing on polyester fabrics with exceptional image quality and great wear resistance. The printing is done using high temperatures and pressures that cause the ink pigments to turn into gas and penetrate the fabric fibers, which produces a permanent, high-quality image on the fabric surface.
