Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a 100% polyester fabric with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm. Its plain printed color is Jaguar Green, with a CMYK ink combination of 66 Cyan, 49 Magenta, 64 Yellow, and 51 Black. This shade is characterized by its vibrant and deep color, symbolizing nature and wildness, bringing freshness and naturalness. It combines very well with neutral tones such as white, black, and gray, as well as with earthy and ochre tones.
This fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for high-quality printing with vivid and durable colors. The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is characterized by being rough and stiff to the touch, with an opaque visual texture that makes the color stand out on its own.
Regarding its general characteristics, the base fabric is sustainable, as it is made from recycled PET and has GRS certification, which attests to the traceability of the materials and guarantees that the fabric is sustainable in its production process. Due to its resistance and durability, it can be used both in home decoration and in the field of fashion and accessory making.
Among the applications and uses of the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas are the making of bags, purses, toiletry bags, backpacks, hats, by inverting the fabric for their interior, and it is also perfect for making all kinds of decoration such as pillows, cushions, baskets, frames, chair or sofa covers, among others. In addition, it is also suitable for making aprons, table runners, placemats, and wall panels.
It is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric: it is recommended to wash the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas at a maximum temperature of 30ºC without using bleach, iron at a cool temperature, use only solvents for dry cleaning, and it can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is sublimation on polyester, which allows designs to be digitally printed on the surface of the fabric using water-based inks and heat, achieving a high-quality and durable print.
