Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a strong and resistant fabric with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm, composed of 100% polyester and a reseda green color printed with a mix of cyan, magenta, yellow and black ink, reflected in CMYK 67 36 78 24. This secondary color symbolizes stability, harmony in nature, and emotional balance. Additionally, it is a very versatile tone that combines perfectly with neutral colors like white or beige, and with warmer tones like brown or orange. It is worth noting that the fabric is printed on one side using digital textile printing, which gives it a uniform finish and high detail.
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas has a rough and rigid texture to the touch, and a visibly pleasant opaque finish. It is a sustainable and recycled fabric, with GRS certification, which can be used in a wide variety of applications and uses, from interior decoration (embroideries, hoops, paintings, cushions), to fashion (trousers, accessories, wallets), as well as other home textile options (table runners, placemats, aprons). Its high resistance and durability also make it perfect for upholstering sofas, chairs, and armchairs.
Regarding care, it is important to note that the fabric should not be bleached and the maximum washing temperature is 30º. Furthermore, it allows dry cleaning with solvents and low-temperature ironing, but the use of high-temperature tumble dryers should be avoided.
The printing technology used in the Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is sublimation on polyester fabrics, which allows for high definition and detail in printing, as well as great durability and resistance to wear. This printing process consists of transferring an image printed on paper to the fabric by applying heat and pressure, allowing the ink to turn into vapor and permanently adhere to the polyester fibers. This process also has the advantage of being a more sustainable and ecological option compared to other printing techniques that can be more polluting.
