Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The base fabric is Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas, with a composition of one hundred percent polyester and a weight of 260 gr/m2. The plain printed color is a silk blue shade, with a cyan ink proportion of 98%, magenta of 71%, yellow of 31%, and black of 17%, which translates to a CMYK of 98 71 31 17. This silk color combines perfectly with a wide range of neutral tones and pastel shades, especially with grays and pale pinks.
It is worth noting that the fabric is printed on one side by digital textile printing, which gives it a modern and original look. Regarding general characteristics, the fabric has a rough and rigid texture, with an opaque visual appearance. Also, the surface is resistant and durable, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications, both in decoration and in fashion and accessories.
Among the applications and uses of this type of base fabric are the decoration of frames and paintings, the making of outdoor cushions, and of toiletry bags, purses, and tote bags. It can also be used in the making of fashion garments, such as pants, accessories such as wallets, backpacks, and hats, as well as in upholstery for sofas, chairs, and armchairs. The fabric adapts perfectly to any home environment, such as baskets, placemats, and table runners, and aprons for kitchens.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric, not to subject it to temperatures above 30ºC, and solvents can be applied in the dry cleaning process or dried at reduced temperature. These precautions must be met to maintain the quality and durability of the fabric.
As for printing technology, it is polyester sublimation, which allows direct printing on the fabric, achieving a uniform appearance and a sharp and bright finish in the plain printed color. This technique is based on the transfer of sublimated inks through the use of heat and pressure, which allows printed images to maintain their quality and sharpness over time.
