Esta referencia de tela está fabricada a partir de botellas de plástico reciclado PET e hilo de poliéster reciclado, por lo que puede presentar pequeñas trazas, hilos o borra dada su naturaleza reciclada y cuya aparición, aunque se de en un % bajo de ocasiones, es totalmente arbitraria e inevitable. También presenta unos indices de encogimiento relevantes que pueden oscilar entre un 4-9 % de encogimiento a lo largo del tejido y un 2% al ancho en función de la pieza. |
The Recycled PET Canvas - Dallas is a polyester fabric with a weight of 260 gr/m2 and a width of 160 cm, printed in a solid blackberry blue color with a CMYK ink combination of 90% cyan, 68% magenta, 37% yellow, and 27% black. This secondary color has an elegant and sophisticated connotation, transmitting serenity and depth. Additionally, it complements particularly well with colors such as white, beige, gold, and silver. It is worth noting that the printing is single-sided by digital textile printing, which means that the reverse side of the fabric remains unprinted.
Among the most notable characteristics of the base fabric are its rough, rigid, and opaque texture, making it perfect for decoration and fashion for various purposes. Applications and uses include decorating frames, pictures, cushions, table placemats, baskets, and bags, as well as use in fashion for making trousers, wallets, backpacks, and hats, among others. Furthermore, this fabric is recycled, making it a sustainable option, and it has GRS certification.
Regarding care, it is important not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, as well as allowing dry cleaning with solvents and ironing at a cool temperature. It can be tumble dried at a reduced temperature.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation on polyester, which allows the transfer of color pigments from a printed support through heat and pressure. This technique ensures high print quality and color durability, as well as the possibility of stamping high-resolution and complex designs.
