The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2 in plain Amaranth Red. The secondary color attributes are a CMYK of 8 98 64 2, indicating a high proportion of magenta and a low proportion of black ink. This color is vibrant and striking, adding an exciting touch to any garment or fashion project. It pairs especially well with neutral tones like black and white, or with complementary colors like green or blue.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color is applied only to one side of the fabric. The fabric is not dyed, but rather the color is printed onto the surface of the fabric.
General characteristics of the base fabric include an elastic, soft, and chlorine-resistant texture. Additionally, it has a very high UV protection factor, making it an excellent choice for swimwear and sportswear. The fabric fits perfectly in sports applications and fashion apparel for men, women, and children. It is also ideal for making tops, bikinis, sweatshirts, scrunchies, and knitted garments.
To maintain the quality of the fabric, it is recommended to avoid bleaches and tumble dryers, use a maximum washing temperature of 40°C, and iron at a low temperature. The fabric is suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process involves transferring a high-quality digitally printed image from special paper to the fabric using heat and pressure. The color integrates perfectly into the fabric without affecting its texture or flexibility, resulting in a high-quality and durable garment.
