The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra of 220 gr/m2, with a composition of 90% POLYESTER and 10% ELASTANE, which has a width of 150 cm and is available in a plain cherry red color. The CMYK of the plain color is 0 96 94 0, which indicates a high presence of magenta and yellow in the mix, leading to a dark and deep reddish tone. This color perfectly combines with ocher and golden tones, as well as with neutral and earth colors.
It is important to highlight that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which makes the color vibrant and durable. The general characteristics of the base fabric focus on its elastic and soft touch texture, as well as its chlorine-resistant finish and a high UV protection factor of 50+. These characteristics make the fabric ideal for sportswear and swimwear, as well as for lingerie and womens and mens fashion.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, the use of sportswear for women, men, and children, lingerie such as bodysuits and bras/bralettes, knitwear such as tops, and swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits stand out. Other uses include accessories such as scrunchies. Thanks to its versatility, the fabric can be used in any season.
Being a delicate fabric, it is important to take into account the necessary care it requires. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, allow dry cleaning (except with trichloroethylene), iron at low temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is polyester sublimation. This process involves printing the ink on transfer paper that is placed on the fabric, and after an application of intense heat, the pigments are transferred to the fabric. This ensures the durability of the color and resistance to washing and wear.
