The base fabric is Polyester Lycra, with a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. Its weight is 220 gr/m2, and its width is 150 cm. This fabric is elastic and soft to the touch, making it ideal for the production of lingerie, sportswear, and fashion garments. The plain color printed on this fabric is Daisy Pink, with the following ink values: Cyan 0, Magenta 37, Yellow 14, and Black 0, resulting in a CMYK of 0 37 14 0. This spring color of the fabric perfectly combines with colors such as white, black, and yellow.
This fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The fabric texture is elastic and soft to the touch, and its finish is chlorine-resistant and has a Very High UV Protection 50+.
Among the applications of the base fabric, we find lingerie, sportswear, fashion garments, bikinis, and swimsuits. Thanks to its composition and finish, its use is ideal for various occasions and times of the day.
To maintain the fabric in perfect condition, it is recommended to avoid bleaching and wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC. In addition, the use of tumble dryers should be avoided, and ironing should be done at a cold temperature. Dry cleaning is also permitted, except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), a process that uses special inks and heat to transfer designs to fabrics and other materials. This allows for a high level of detail and vibrant, long-lasting color on the fabric.
