The base fabric of this textile is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2, which has a composition of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. Its solid printed color is a Dark Light Pink, which is achieved by using 15% Cyan ink and 70% Magenta ink in the printing process. Furthermore, the color does not require Yellow or Black ink for its creation.
This secondary color has a soft and delicate hue, which conveys warmth and luminosity. It can be combined with neutral tones, such as black or white, to achieve a harmonious and elegant contrast, or it can also be combined with more vibrant shades, such as blues or greens, to generate a more striking and dynamic contrast effect.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, so it is important to handle it with care to avoid affecting its durability.
Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, its elasticity and softness to the touch stand out, making it ideal for comfortable and adjustable clothing. In addition, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and Very High UV protection 50+.
This type of fabric is widely used in various applications and uses, mainly in sports, lingerie, swimwear, and fashion garments. In the case of sports and swimwear, its ability to adapt to the body and provide great freedom of movement stands out. As for lingerie and fashion garments, its delicacy and softness to the touch make them ideal for intimate apparel and nightwear.
It is important to note that this type of fabric requires specific care for its maintenance, such as not bleaching, not tumble drying, and ironing at a cool temperature.
Finally, the fabric is manufactured using polyester sublimation technology, which allows the desired design to be printed on the fabric precisely and durably. This printing process involves transferring ink to a polymer layer, which is permanently integrated into the base fabric, guaranteeing the quality and sharpness of the printed design.
