The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo of 220 gr/m2, presented in a solid color printed in Deep Pink. The CMYK of the solid color consists of 16 Cyan, 43 Magenta, 12 Yellow, and 0 Black. This deep color carries significant emotional symbolism, as it is associated with passion, energy, and love. Technically, it is a color that lies between red and violet, and its name comes from the rose flower. It pairs particularly well with neutral tones such as white, beige, or black, but can also be harmonious with more striking shades like green or orange.
This fabric is digitally printed with the solid color on one side only, meaning it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. In terms of general characteristics, the base fabric is an elastic and soft-touch Lycra that has chlorine resistance and a Very High UV 50+ protection. These features make it ideal for sportswear, lingerie, bikinis and swimsuits, as well as tops and knitwear.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are sportswear for women, men, and children, lingerie such as bodysuits or bras, as well as accessories like scrunchies. Additionally, it is ideal for swimwear such as bikinis and swimsuits, both in womens and mens fashion. It can also be used for knitwear and tops, as its elasticity makes it very comfortable to wear.
The care instructions for this fabric are as follows: do not bleach, maximum washing temperature 40ºC, dry cleaning is permitted except with trichloroethylene, iron at low temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which involves transferring ink from paper to fabric using heat and pressure. This ensures that the printed color is durable and wash-resistant, guaranteeing that the garment maintains its original color and appearance over time.
