Polyester Lycra - Cairo 220 gr/m2

The base fabric is a 220 gr/m2 Polyester Lycra called Cairo, which combines 90% polyester with 10% elastane. The plain printed color is a deep pink tone called Rosso Corsa, which is obtained by using high proportions of cyan, magenta, and yellow inks, with a touch of black to intensify the tone. This color perfectly matches dark tones such as black and blue, as well as pastel tones such as lavender and beige.

It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The base fabric has characteristics such as Elasticity and Soft Touch, in addition to being Chlorine Resistant and having a Very High UV Protection Factor 50+. Likewise, it offers various applications and uses, such as sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, and knitwear for men, women, and children, as well as scrunchies.

Regarding the care instructions, it is recommended not to bleach the fabric, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, dry clean except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which uses heat and pressure to transfer ink from printed paper to the base fabric. This technique guarantees a sharp and durable print, with great precision in color and design reproduction, which is ideal for designing high-quality sportswear and fashion apparel.
