Description

The base fabric is a Polyester Lycra - Cairo weighing 220 gr/m2, made of 90% polyester and 10% elastane. The solid printed color is a beautiful Wenge brown with a CMYK of 56 63 57 70. This color is characterized by its sophistication and elegance, and it pairs perfectly with colors like white, gold, and light orange to create harmony in the printed piece. The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color is only present on one side of the fabric and does not permeate completely.

Polyester Lycra - Cairo is an elastic fabric with a soft and smooth feel. Additionally, it has a chlorine-resistant finish and very high UV protection 50+. These characteristics make the fabric ideal for use in sportswear, lingerie, swimwear, and tops. The fabric is timeless, meaning it can be used in any season of the year. The solid printed color also has a soft and elastic texture.

It is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric to maintain its quality and durability. It is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, avoid the use of trichloroethylene, and iron at a low temperature. The fabric cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. In this process, a transfer paper printed with the desired image is used. Then, the printed image is placed on the fabric and subjected to high temperature and pressure. Under these conditions, the pigment sublimates, turning into a gas, and penetrates the fabric. As a result, a high-quality and durable print is produced on the fabric.
